We want you to be happy with your Tesliq accessories. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
How to start a return

- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
Condition of returned items
Items should be unused and in a resalable condition. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Refunds
